Development Services of America, Inc., (DSA) is a subsidiary of Services Group of America and is a commercial real estate development and asset management company. The company was founded in 1986 and was incorporated in 1988. Since its founding, DSA has operated in over 23 Western and mid-Western States. DSA headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ, and maintains secondary offices in Seattle, WA.
DSA owns and operates over one million square feet of improved space. Our diverse portfolio includes Class A single and multi-tenant office space, single tenant warehouse and distribution properties, Flex office space, light industrial, retail, specialty aviation property and agriculture.
The highly experienced DSA team has developed over four million square feet of commercial and industrial properties. In collaboration with our clients and keeping efficiency and value at the forefront of our development process, we have considerable experience with highly specialized and diverse projects such as:
